GLE was contracted to install the drainage systems for the Latham’s Road Duplication project, involving the placement of reinforced concrete pipes ranging from DN300 to DN2100. A significant highlight of the project was the installation of a large triple-cell DN2100 culvert section, designed to accommodate high stormwater flows. In addition to drainage installation, GLE executed detailed excavation works for structural concrete components associated with roundabouts and overpasses. This included precision box-outs and the placement and compaction of engineered subgrade materials to ensure a stable foundation for pavement and structural elements. GLE’s integrated civil and drainage expertise ensured the seamless coordination of earthworks, pipe installation, and structural preparation within a complex road upgrade environment.
